What is the deadline to book my room?

June 6th! After that, the reserved rooms will be released to the public and a discounted rate will not be available.

What is the dress code?

Garden party formal!

The event is entirely outdoors and weather in Oregon can be unpredictable so plan on bringing a warm layer just in case. There will also be a lot of grass so plan your footwear accordingly.

How and when do I get to the venue?

Complimentary transportation will be provided both to and from the venue. Party buses will pick up guests at the Jupiter NEXT Hotel at 2:45 PM sharp and bring guests back to the hotel after the event is over. Early departure is not available.

If you prefer more flexibility, we recommend renting a car (if you’re traveling from out of town) or driving yourself (if you’re local). Rideshare will not be available at the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Your invitation is addressed to those invited. Unfortunately, we are unable to invite additional guests at this time. If this changes, we will let you know!

Is this an adult-only affair?

Although we love your children, we have chosen for our wedding day to be an adult-only occasion (18+). If you are traveling with a child who will need a babysitter, please contact us for help!

When should I RSVP by?

Our invitations have been mailed and we ask that you RSVP by May 15, 2024!

How do I indicate my meal preference?

We’ve decided to have an entirely vegetarian menu to align with our morals. If you need further accommodation, please let us know in the ‘dietary restriction’ area of your RSVP.
